If I could give this daycare 10 Stars I would. This is The best Daycare my kids have been in So far. My kids are happy and they are thriving here. Everyone is so attentive with the children. They work with you to give your child the best experience and education possible. All the teachers and staff are absolutely wonderful. The Director/Owner is wonderful and always wants the best for the kids and their Families. I recommend everyone bring there children here.

My daughter has been attending the after-care program at My First Learning Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—they treat every child with genuine care and respect. The activities are thoughtful and age-appropriate, keeping my daughter engaged and excited to come back each day. Whether it’s creative projects, outdoor play, or quiet time to do homework, there’s always a good balance. I also appreciate how communicative the team is—they keep parents updated and truly work in partnership with families. I’m extremely disappointed with the care and oversight at this daycare. Several serious incidents were reported, including the aggression of a teacher towards an infant. This was witnessed by me as I exited from picking up my son from the 2 year old room which is located adjacent to the infants room. I witnessed a teacher drag an infant by the hand and pull them towards her with aggression and show signs of frustration by agressively pounding a toy near the baby. The baby cried and cried. As I left the room, I advised the Daycare director/ owner, Fatima Marin, of this incident and nothing was done. She was advised to check the cameras if she did not believe me, and she only stated that that was not possible because there were no cameras in that specific room. She insisted and questioned what I saw because she stated that the teacher was “a nice person”. She did nothing about it but just warn the teacher to act differently every time I went to pick up my son. As a mother and as a woman, I was concerned from that point on. It is absolutely concerning that the baby/ infant room does not have cameras to supervise the babies. To add on, there were several times where babies were left unsupervised. Last but not least, a hands, mouth, and feet advisory was sent to everyone but yet when my husband went to retrieve all of my son’s belongings; he found another child sleeping in my son’s sleep sack. It is more than just administrative error, this is outrageous! There was no accountability, no follow-up, and no corrective action taken. The director decided to not report the incident to any one else in the organization as the administrator himself advised my husband that he was not aware of that reported incident. It’s deeply troubling that the safety and well-being of the children seem to be such a low priority here. As a parent, I expect transparency, responsiveness, and a proactive approach to child safety—none of which were demonstrated. I strongly advise other parents to ask thorough questions before enrolling their children in any daycare center. Trust is everything, and sadly, this daycare has lost mine as I removed my children from their caring. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone!

We are so grateful for Teacher Dinora at My First Learning Center! She has been absolutely wonderful with our 8 month-old son. Since starting in her care, we've seen so much growth—he’s now crawling, more curious, and always happy when we pick him up. Teacher Dinora is incredibly nurturing, patient, and attentive. She takes the time to understand each baby's needs and routines, and we can truly tell that she cares deeply about their well-being and development. Her warm and gentle nature makes it so much easier for us to leave our little one each day, knowing he's in loving and capable hands. We’ve noticed how much our baby smiles when he sees her—it's clear he feels safe and loved. Thank you, Teacher Dinora, for everything you do. You’ve made such a difference in our son’s early development, and we’re so lucky to have you!

My daughter Emily has truly found a second home here. She comes home so happy, and we can see how much she's thriving! She's speaking more and interacting so sweetly with her older sister. This daycare has provided her with a loving and nurturing environment that brings out her best. I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention they give to each child, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a warm, inspiring place for their little one.
