My ex-wife and I are unfortunately having custody issues. She took me off the pickup list. I stopped by on my way home earlier this week, having not seen my daughter for over a week, I was dying to say hi right before nap time, give her a hug and a kiss and tell her I love her. I had zero intention of picking her up, and if they check the security cameras, they will see I didn't even have her car seat in my truck! She was not there that day I thanked the teacher and left. they didn't say anything to me on my way out, but called the police and filed a restraining order by lying to the police saying I tried to pick her up. They have not contacted me, but have banned me from dropping in to see my own daughter (there is no court case or anything like that for those of you wondering). I think this is an unfortunate overreaction, and I encourage ABC Preschool to remove the order, as it's based on a lie and keeping it in place shows an appalling lack of integrity on the director's part. I'll update this review with any developments.

Stay away from this daycare at all costs! I put my child in a classroom and wanted to review the video surveillance to see how he was adjusting. The director, Susan was hesitant to show me the video footage. After viewing it I discovered my child's teacher putting the children's food in her mouth, chewing it, taking it out of her mouth and putting it in the children's mouths, no hand washing, even after changing diapers without gloves, poor supervision (teacher had back faced toward toddlers while sitting at a desk on another task other than supervising children). Children were putting objects on floor and other children's shoes in their mouth. My child was unsupervised and climbed into some shelving under the changing table. Teacher saw my child in there and did not remove him and he fell out and hit his head on the tile floor causing a big welt. I went to the director, Susan about these concerns and she said, "Well maybe your child shouldn't go here" instead of addressing my concerns. I pulled him out immediately. My husband is also active military and we were part of the army fee assistance program (they pay percentage to daycare and daycare charges us remainder). Susan was charging us full price AND collecting payments from GSA. She pocketed money from the federal government and is lying trying to say she did not collect those payments when I have proof from the government she did. She was upset that I asked she pay this money back so she called my employer to complain about me! WOW! Very rude and unprofessional if you ask me. I called the DFPS hotline, made a report and they were cited. All violations can be viewed on the DFPS website. Update: I contacted the owner who was VERY sweet and understanding. She was upset about Susan stealing and has taken the books away from her as well as reimbursed me money I was overcharged with interest. Susan was reprimanded for overcharging and calling my employer. I am unsure if Ms Vickie is still employed or was reprimanded. I hate to see such a sweet lady with good intentions daycare get a bad name because of certain staff.

love mrs Tasha. She always does a great job with the babies. Goes above and beyond to make sure each child is treated with care and equal attention.

They have been amazing with my 2 1/2 year old foster son. The teachers and staff have been very patient, understanding, and loving. Since "K" has been there, he is now talking more, singing all the time, and almost fully potty trained. WE LOVE ABC!! Thank you Ms. Audrey for all that you do for our little man!

My child had scratches all over her constantly. Horrible diaper rash. Overheated on the playground and was given nothing to drink. Director promised to suspend the teacher (who had been suspended before) and did not because she was short staffed she said and would suspended her at a later date. This teacher also handled the kids rough. Do not send your child here. When i posted on fb what happened the teachers sister sent me threating messages and the cook up there also messaged me saying i was lying and did not care about my child. It was beyond insane..
