Abc Preschool

We are going into our 3rd year of ABC with our oldest and going into our 1st with our youngest. It's safe to say we love it. We opt into the 3x a week program and it's worked out perfectly so far. I think the tuition is very fairly priced and competitive and I love that they really focus on outdoor playtime and 'free-play'. I've noticed major strides in my oldest with playing with others, sharing, and following instructions. We've had the opportunity to go elsewhere, however I choose to stay at ABC because of how wonderful it's been for our family.

We couldn’t be happier with ABC Preschool! The teachers and staff are incredibly kind, patient, and truly invested in the children’s well-being. My daughter loves going, and it gives me so much peace knowing she feels safe and cared for. The school is immaculate, well-structured, and provides the perfect balance of learning, play, and a gentle faith-based foundation. It’s a wonderful place for little ones to grow, and we feel so blessed to be part of this community! Highly recommend!

If you’re considering ABC Preschool for daycare, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. ABC Preschool was extremely unprofessional when they refused to discuss our billing concerns. They overcharged us for May, and when we questioned it, they provided incorrect math which didn't match up with our statements. When I asked them to double check their math, they responded with “Eric we will not discuss this further,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. ABC Preschool ended their school year 2 weeks earlier than the Sycamore school district but still charged us for a full month of care despite only providing 16 days. They gave credits for Thanksgiving break, Winter Break and Spring Break to the daycare families, so I expected a credit for May. Sometimes they forgot to provide the credit so I asked them about it, but they refused to credit us because they said that they never credit anyone for May and that the handbook says that tuition is paid monthly. However, on the registration form and in the handbook, daycare was the only option listed as a daily/weekly rate—$40/day or $200/week—which led us to believe that daycare was to be calculated based on the number of days/weeks of enrollment. Otherwise, it would have been listed as $800 per month like preschool tuition. On top of this, there was a month when they charged an extra $10, without any explanation. Last year was the first year that ABC Preschool offered an all day daycare option from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, but changed it midyear to 7:00 am to 3:30 pm due to staffing shortages. They reduced the daily rate to $34/day, but this change was still a significant inconvenience and it was too late to switch to a different daycare. Now, the price for next year's daycare has increased to $50 per day ($1000 per month) for the same hours.

ABC preschool is amazing. The staff is so great and helpful. My daughter has gone for 2 years now and loves it there. She is so excited to go to school each day. Their afternoon adventures program has been great in preparing my daughter for kindergarten next year.

ABC Preschool is absolutely phenomenal. The staff are incredible and truly love each student as their own. The program will set your child up for success. I personally believe from experience the children who go through ABCs program are more prepared for Elementary school than most. The Director saw my oldest needed something more advanced and helped accommodate our needs in order to make that happen. I'm so grateful for ABC, and I highly recommend!
