Children show notable progress in academics, social skills, and emotional development.
As a parent of an infant, my experience with ABC Preschool was extremely concerning. Most days it looked like only one teacher, Mr. Diego, was responsible for all the children, including infants, toddlers, and older kids. That is unsafe and completely unacceptable for any licensed childcare center. My baby was placed in a mixed-age group, and the center is clearly understaffed with little oversight. The director, Paola Rodriguez, is unprofessional and dismissive, and the owners seem just as uninvolved. Communication is almost nonexistent, the schedule is unreliable, and the kids are fed junk instead of real meals. Nothing about this place made me feel like my child was safe or cared for. I would not recommend it to any family.
If you are considering ABC Preschool, please read this first. My experience with this center has been extremely disappointing and concerning. There are serious issues with staffing, safety, and leadership that families deserve to know about. To start, the center appears to be severely understaffed, and some of the individuals hired did not seem to have completed basic requirements such as fingerprinting or proper onboarding. That alone is unacceptable for a childcare facility. My toddler was placed in a mixed-age group with school‑age children, which is not developmentally appropriate or safe. It showed a complete lack of structure and awareness of licensing expectations. The “director,” Paola Rodriguez, consistently demonstrated poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a dismissive attitude toward parent concerns. Instead of leading with clarity and accountability, she often created confusion and frustration. Her personality and leadership style made it very clear that family needs and children’s well‑being were not a priority. The center also seems to open and close whenever they feel like it, with no reliable schedule or respect for working parents who depend on consistency. Nutrition is another major issue. Instead of balanced meals, the children were frequently given junk food with little regard for healthy options. For a preschool, that is unacceptable. Overall, I left feeling that no one truly cared about the children, their safety, or their development. Listening, communication, and professionalism were consistently lacking. I would strongly encourage any parent to look elsewhere. .
As a parent of a school‑age child, I can say the care at ABC Preschool has gone downhill fast. The place is understaffed, communication is terrible, and the kids are barely supervised. It was never like this when Director Rebeca was there — the center actually ran smoothly and the children were cared for. Now it feels chaotic, unorganized, and completely different in the worst way.
Our two girls have been attending ABC for the last three years. We have had zero issues or concerns regarding this preschool. At the end of this school year both girls will no longer be attending. They will be in elementary school. Should I need after school care, I will instantly have them back at ABC. The staff is phenomenal. They truly care about the kids and do everything they can to help them and the families whenever possible. I know I'm sad to leave there and our girls will be too. Every one of the staff members is a true treasure. I recommend this preschool to anyone and everyone. We will miss you all Sam and Jen's family
When starting with ABC I explained the difficulties my daughter and I have been having and Mrs Rebecca quickly shared options and ensured me they would find a way to help my daughter. In the last few months ABC Preschool has done just that, my daughter is prepared for elementary school and can now manage her emotions a little better. The staff is kind and attentive helping The children learn how to handle emotions, problem solve and build a community. Activities are planned and held multiple times weekly, my daughter is always excited to share what she has done in the day and eager to return. The positivity shared really helps me have ease when i am away from her. Thank you to everyone at ABC!!
