If you are looking for RELIABLE, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY childcare, this is NOT the center for you! Although most of the teachers in the classroom truly love the kiddos the management leaves much to be desired. You will be asked to keep your kids home or pick them up early on random days because of staffing problems. When dismissing families there will be absolutely no warning nor even a conversation just a form letter that says today is your kids last day due to staffing problems. Good luck in your daycare searches!

The facility is always clean and most of the teachers are great with the kids! (Some of the newer ones are not as great, but I did not dislike them... they were just not as good as the older teachers). As far as daycare goes, I know my children are safe and happy.... but as far as a school, I feel they are lacking for the ages 18-24 months. Once my oldest started in the 24 month class, I could tell she was starting to learn... but I prior to that, I felt like they were treating her more like an infant. They even had her drinking milk from a bottle when she was fully capable of drinking from a sippy cup!?! They always have fresh fruit cut up and ready to go and my kids always bring home crafts! The teachers don't speak english all that well, but they try very hard and I have not noticed it affecting my children's speech. The price is reasonable (or as reasonable as daycare can be) and I am fairly happy with the service! I would recommend ABC Preschool. To address the security comments I've seen below, they do have a code on the front door, so I'm not sure how anyone who didn't know the code could get in. I have interviewed with several of the 'high tech' places in town... and while, yes, their security is simplistic, the warmth and humanity behind the teachers out did the other local areas. I have two children there now and have been very happy with them.

My daughter came here when she was in preschool. She says that Mrs.Rita grabbed her shirt and called her a snitch. In her face. This was a few years ago and she didn’t tell me until now. I know kids make things up and are dramatic but still she came home crying every night. But I am mad about this.

Poor center. We went there for a tour this week and found nothing but problems. First of all, there is NO security in this center at all. We were greeted by an individual who had no clue who we were even after speaking 3 times in one day with her that were we coming to visit. Apparently no one leaves notes. We only saw 3 adults in the facility, but many children. The infant room, likely due to the weather, was shot their usual 8 kids. However, one little boy was just sitting in a table with no one around him, not eating or with no entertainment. We decided to leave after repeated problems understanding what the "director" was saying to us. They didn't have any paper information other than printing off the enrollment forms. Would stay away from this center!
