We had been a part of ABC Learning Tree for 3+ years. The classrooms are well appointed with an attentive and caring staff. I received many updates throughout the day: pictures, food consumed, trips to the bathroom, length of nap, etc. It was a welcoming environment for both of my kids and peace of mind for us parents. It was bittersweet moving on to the next phase of life but my kids were VERY prepared for their new school to which I credit Sharon & team. I highly recommend!
Our son was with ABC for one year and a summer daycare session. Our experiences with them were great overall; however, how our last days with them transpired and how they dealt with the situation warrants a one star review. I highly recommend you stay away from this childcare facility at all costs if you want professionalism, respect, and courtesy for you as parents and your child. We have never felt so disrespected, and I have been in shock about the lack of communication and non-response on the administrations end regarding serious accusations made against my 4 year old son from a 6-7 year old with nothing other than the 6-7 year olds story to substantiate it. I tried getting more information from the owner and director about the alleged incident but no one would respond to my questions. I felt as though we were treated like complete trash at the end of his tenure. I was extremely hurt as a mother and surprised at the administration for handling it the way they did after being long time clients of theirs. Ultimately, I decided to not have him attend his final day of summer care, and I requested a refund for our second son which was set to attend the infant room next year. Even getting a refund for the deposit we put down was like pulling teeth just to get a response. The refund was ultimately honored. We are heartbroken this was the type of treatment we received from the ABC administration but are happy to be moving on from here for both of our boys. Highly recommend you stay away from this place due to the administration and lack of respect, care, and professionalism On their end.
We love ABC Learning Tree! My one year old is thriving there. The director Sharon down to every day care provider has exceeding our expectations. Highly recommend ABC Learning Tree for anyone with littles!
Approx 1 year ago decided to use this daycare. Went through the steps of getting our child registered and paid $700 between a registration fee and 2 week deposit. Luckily, we were able to find in-home care and decided not to move forward with ABC. We notified them approx 2 months after paying them all that money. We've been trying for months to get our 2 week deposit back and they've now gone dark. No responses, no call backs, just ignored. Going to take this the legal route. Guys, there are better daycares in the area that are more professional than this.
OUTSTANDING facility! Very well run! My son has been at ABC learning tree for almost 2 years and we absolutely love it and plan on keeping him there until he goes to kindergarten. They have a great preschool curriculum. He is learning a lot and he is happy. The place itself is super clean , airy and modern. The staff, teachers and administrators are kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I love the updates and pictures I get throughout the day.
