Abc Grow & Learn Children'S Center

We absolutely love ABC! All of the teachers are amazing, friendly and sincerely love working with children. The app is fantastic and it’s so nice to get updates on what he’s doing throughout the day. They also send a daily summary in the app and to our email - great for tracking his routine and changes he’s making. Our son is 9 months old and started there 5 months ago - they do so much with him to promote healthy development, learning, socializing, communication and of course lots of play and fun! We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention our guy gets from them. He truly enjoys going to school every day and has made wonderful connections with all of the staff and his little friends! I’m amazed every week at the new things he learns (sign language as an example) and the skills they help him perfect. It’s hard to leave your baby, but when you bring them to ABC, it’s a such a positive experience that it eases your worried mind.

I am a big fan of this day care! My 4 year old son attended this summer and I was impressed from the time of enrollment and all throughout the entire summer! This daycare is organized, has friendly qualified staff and I felt 100% safe dropping off my precious boy every morning before work and did not have one care or worry all day long. My two favorite things offered by this daycare: 1) they are always “doing” things with the kids! Field Trips to cool places, bounce house party, water days, walking to have lunch in the nearby park-very cool stuff planned every single day!, and 2) how much they take safety seriously up to and including the passcode entry door and finger print scanner to pick up and drop off your child. I am a helicopter mom of three (my 4 yo being my baby) and I plan on signing up my son next summer and highly recommend this daycare.

I wish there was an option for zero stars as one is far too much. This is not a daycare rather babysitters with a playground. Development of the children is preached on their website but I was told verbatim by the ABC director Jodi “we don’t work on development”. They tell their teachers at pick up not to tell the parents anything wrong or bad the child did that day as they don’t want to be, and I quote, “tattle tales”. Child safety locks are continuously missing from door knobs. Even when brought up by parents they are there for a week and gone the next. The constant change in staff is baffling. My son had over 10 different teachers change in a year alone. On his last day there was not even a head teacher in his class. Admin told me they are having a very hard time finding staff as well so I don’t see this improving anytime soon. Teachers are not accredited. Only head teachers are and they are accredited through ABC. Communication between admin staff and teachers is non existent. There is constant mixed messages that lead to confusion with everyone. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone. ABC truly will not help your child grow and learn. UPDATE: I would love for ABC to address every point I brought up but I fear they won’t. They already commented and didn’t address a single one. It’s very sad they are ok with these issues and continue not to do anything about them. Your child is not safe and will not grow there. Also I will add the teachers are very very nice but the admin and higher ups are more childish than the kids they take in.( as you can see by their comments).

Discrimination is never okay. You are a private daycare and that is your right to do so. Still does not make it right. Autism is not a choice and not giving the mom time to fix the problem is wrong. You must live with your decision. He is a very loving, shy boy that did not deserve this. Update: Just for clarification, I have never talked with you. I am related to said child and know the situation.
