What Parents Say
ABC Daycare receives highly polarized reviews with strong praise from most parents regarding staff quality, educational activities, communication, and child development. However, several parents report serious concerns about staff conduct, including physical handling of children, inadequate supervision, facility maintenance issues, and unresponsive management to safety complaints.
If you are seeking a daycare that has an amazing staff who cares about your child. Then this is the place. The teachers are great and take good care of the kids. Also the teachers come up with some really cool activities for the kiddos for crafts and academically. You won’t regret bringing your kids here. They will learns lots and you will have the knowledge that they are in good hands and safe. Shout out to the director Trish and assistant director Niki! They are fantastic!! They have an outstanding staff too!
Excellent daycare! Seriously, they're very communicative and transparent. Our child loves going there and asks to see her teachers by name. They work with her and teach her a ton of stuff. Several times our daughter has done or said something new and we look at each other and say, "Did you teach her that??" And we realize she learned it at daycare. Awesome place, awesome people!
ABC has done a fantastic job through the pandemic. My son comes home every day and tells us about something new he has learned. We picked the perfect place!
Please reconsider a childcare center for your child. I witnessed many staff members treating teh children, in a way that I believe is wrong. When a child is on the floor crying(most likely over something that didn't go their way, but still) I think it's wrong to take that child's arm and drag them across the floor. Horrible daycare.
Doesn’t give kids enough food, the main chef is awful, directors leave rooms unattended and door opened during nap times so they can go eat fast food or talk with coworkers, children get put in time out constantly, some staff will drag kids by their arms, black mold in classroom windows and playgrounds, doesn’t listen to complaints of safety hazards, gets upset when teachers attempt to communicate with parents, and generally the kids do not get treated with respect as little humans the second the directors or teachers get overwhelmed.
