I have 2 children who attend ABC and I am very satisfied. I have never felt like the staff was only after my money. My children love going to school everyday and come home having learned something every day. (At the age of 2 my daughter knew her full ABC's because of ABC.) I have never had any problems with the staff and they are always present and very nice when dropping off/picking up. I believe they go above and beyond for the kids there and I am so grateful!
My son went here from 5 months to 2 years. The only reason we left is because we moved. Best place in the area! The staff was flexible with my school schedule and treated us all as individuals. Jack loved his teachers and the rest of the staff. He asked about going to "school" on the weekends. I wouldn't place him anywhere else! I was sad when we moved and it was hard to find a new place that compared!
Very poor executive staff - especially the two office managers in Biloxi. Both are unqualified to run a daycare, and put profit before children. We've had a variety of issues with them, and finally resolved it after we complained to the state. The staff in the rooms is great, but new management is needed. There are better daycare places for the money!
Staff is rude, they talk about parents and staff behind their back. They are almost always in a bad mood. They have a select few who they cater to. Not helpful at all and I always found myself having to ask multiple times for things that I need and they always made me feel like I bothering them. They do not care about the kids. Every time I saw the owner she had an attitude or was very short and rude with me. This is not a place I would bring my child AT ALL! Absolutely horrible!
My child stayed sick here. My child got hurt badly at this daycare. I did not know it until I got off work. My baby face was bruised three different places and neck swollen. Please do not send your child here.
