Abc Child Care Village

I want to start by saying ABC is truly amazing. The location, the setup, the activities — everything is thoughtfully done. We absolutely love the teachers, especially the familiar faces we’ve seen over the years. Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Mary are exceptional. They never miss a beat and are always warm and welcoming. It genuinely feels like they take the time to remember every parent and child by name, which means so much to our family. That said, I wanted to share a small concern. There have been times when members of the administrative team have been at the front desk and haven’t acknowledged families as they come in. On a few occasions, Ms. Candice has come across as unwelcoming, or staff have been gathered in conversation without greeting parents. A simple hello can go a long way in maintaining the warm atmosphere ABC is known for. Lastly, I’ve noticed that sometimes parents gather near the front entrance or around the coffee station, which can unintentionally block the flow of traffic. With many of us rushing to get to work, it might be helpful to encourage keeping those areas clear during busy drop-off times. Overall, we truly appreciate ABC and everything you do — I just wanted to share this feedback in hopes of making an already great environment even better.

There is a reason ABC Child Care Village has an amazing reputation in our town. Ms. Mary greets us with a warm smile each time we walk in the door, and all of the teachers we have met are super kind and attentive. You can tell they love what they do. A special thank you to Ms. Brittany for making such a positive impact in growing our toddler’s confidence and giving so much love and support. We are grateful to have met her, Ms. Perla, Ms. Eva and all of the other amazing teachers at ABC Village.

So we were sent home because they found our hair has three nits. When she got home and I checked really closely, there is nothing on her hair. I highly doubt we were the only one picked up and checked and being sent home for nothing on her hair just because another kid’s mom called in that that kid has lice. Feel very uncomfortable in this situation because of being treated differently. So be careful parents!

I want to thank the wonderful teacher (perla)for the care, love, and support you give my son every day. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands. The way you treat the children—with kindness, patience, and joy—truly makes a difference. I see how happy and comfortable he is, and that means everything to me as a parent. You all do an amazing job, and I truly appreciate each one of you. Thank you for creating such a warm and caring environment!

I was new to the area and worried about my son starting a new school but ABC Child Care did their best to make sure I felt my son was safe and well taken care of Ms.Mary & Ms. Jasmine are absolutely angels and I love seeing them every day. The teachers like Mrs. Tina are amazing and even the behind the scenes staff like Mrs.Blom are so helpful in making sure they take care of you. Thank you ABC family!!!
