My son was kicked out the first week. They give shelter puppies more time to acclimate. The director: "We are the largest daycare in Madison County, we dont have time for your child to adjust."

my child started in august of 2025 and it is now November of that same year, this place is negligent to their kids, theres not enough staff and too many kids per room, if your child is hurt they write an incedent report and that is it, my child has been bite four times with the last account happening today, and been pushed by other kids, the staff wont make them the lunch you send with your child if your child doesnt like what they are serving they will go hungry, my child is very loving and very playful with other kids and yes hes 3 but the fact is he doesnt do anything to deserve being sent home as often as they call his mother and myself to come get him, we are having to leave work and stay home because they are too understaffed and dont care enough about the kids they are watching. quite frankly i would advise not sending your child here because it will probably happen to your child as well.

I’ve been sending my kids to ABC Daycare for 5years now. Such a wonderful, supportive, caring environment for my kids. The staff is always so welcoming, and my kids have a smile everyday when entering and leaving. I will also add the structure this daycare offers, helps kiddos transition to Kindergarten so much easier. Because of them my 5year started school advance. So proud of what the staff has done and will continue to do!

Not sure what's happening here. This place used to be a good day care. Recently they have fired or forced all their good employees out and hired a bunch of unknowns. This is your warning to those new people. There is no loyalty. Aside from that, if their card reader is working (as it seems 90% of the time) you WILL be charged a late fee... Also, the after school class has an abundance of children (35ish I think) and only 2 teachers... I'm not sure but I think that's against regulation. A final note I have, I just called in to make a payment and the call dropped. Why can't you seem to pick the phone back up the second it starts ringing? I called back 3 times to make sure this payment went through and you can seem to answer the phone? I really want to be on your side, but you're making it too hard.

We attended ABC 10 years ago when my oldest was born and stayed there for about 3 years. #2 was born and attended for about 6 months. During the time that we originally attended our children were loved, engaged and grew. Due to job changes and moves we ended up switching daycares due to logistics. When our #3 and #4 came along our daycare ended up abruptly closing and we were forced to look for daycare quickly. We reached back out to ABC as we had been happy there before and looked into our newest children enrolling. They were responsive, considerate, and helpful. Our then 4 yo and 1 yo enrolled and have been loved and engaged ever since. Our questions are always handled quickly and with the utmost respect and our children are loved and engaged. Our 4 yo 's vocabulary has grown tremendously since enrolling as well as his other fine motor skills. The head teachers are informative as to the work that my kids are doing and what they are learning. While there are younger workers in the afternoon who transition throughout the rooms, they are always respectful, attentive and engaged with our kids. We highly recommend ABC daycare!
