I would leave no stars if I could. Never kept my child a full week. Sending her in things that’s not hers when I send multiple outfits. Improper communication, brought me my baby twice in just a onsie in the winter. To be a daycare you would think they didn’t have any experience when it came to infants. I have a breastfed baby who has loose stool that they always tried to make a problem even after seeing the doctor cleared to go back to daycare the next day flu, covid, RSV negative next day she need to be picked up getting paid for nothing!!! Find your kids somewhere else to go 🚮
We loved our time at ABC Academy Preschool! Great experience, teachers, & staff!! They set such a wonderful foundation for our kiddos to love school & we’re so grateful! Everyone genuinely cared & worked so hard to give our littles a great place to play, grow, & learn. We never worried about our children’s safety while there, it was such a relief & very much appreciated!
THIS DAYCARE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS!!! I ADVISE IF YOU HAVE AN INFANT TO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!! On the first day that I brought my daughter to the center, I was told that she had an uncontained BM (but she did not have a fever). However, I breastfeed and knew that was the cause of her loose stool. But I still took her to the doctor and he cleared her to come back, she was not contagious and confirmed what I suspected. Although I provided proof with the doctor’s note that she was okay to return, that was not enough for them. They wanted me to take a new piece of paper to her doctor to sign, granted this is the same day, which makes NO SENSE!! & when I tried to discuss this with the director she was never available and could not return my calls. All the staff members were confused and could never answer my questions. The director sold me on this great experience for my daughter but ultimately all we received was disappointment. The classroom was not properly equipped and they were not prepared or organized.
Staff is wonderful and remembered me after one visit. MAIN CONCERN is the phone number isn't working right now. I've called multiple times and the voicemail is a different number than I call. This daycare is wonderful, though and very nice.
This is a horrible daycare!!!!! They cover up a lot of things!!!!Parents beware!!!!. If your child can talk, please ask them daily what happen at school today!!!! God forbid the one’s that can’t talk yet. 😥😥😥😥.Some teachers like to put there hands on kids and act very mean to them. But When you get there they are suddenly nice.
