Can’t say enough great things about the Waller family. Each and every teacher and staff member has treated my daughter with kindness, patience, grace, and love for her three years in their care. Each and every hurdle we have faced over the toddler years has been met with understanding and a willingness to work as a team for positive outcomes. They have been an integral part of my daughter’s social & moral development, potty training, speech development, preschool education, and so much more. Thank you Cynthia, Curtis, & all of her amazing teachers for being part of our extended family and loving our girl.
My single parent friend enrolled her child here and was told she would be given grace as she navigated a new learning program for them. Been doing great in school, but made it less than 2 weeks in an after school only program, had a bad afternoon and was kicked out. A wonderful, loving, and trying mother who greatly appreciates the grace and understanding. The situation was fully explained in advance and promises were made and broken. Her child was ganged up on by current students and made into a defiant crazy kid. Like with many other facilities in this area if your child fits the picture perfect mold you’re in, if not do yourself a favor and save your time, money, and energy! Seems as if none of these centers actually care to try and help trying parents anymore.
In my past, as a foster parent, I have enrolled children in various daycares in Gaston County. A Waller Learning Center is, by far, the best daycare I have had the opportunity to work with. My children attended A Waller for 10+ years and I have never had anything but positive things to say about them and their staff. They feel like family to me and my children loved them.
My son went to this daycare from the time he was about 2 years old until he started kindergarten. We loved it! All of his teachers were excellent and communicated with me wonderfully. I could truly trust them with the care of my son and I had nothing but a wonderful experience.
