**Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend** As someone with prior daycare experience, I know what proper childcare should look like. I brought my son here to address an issue, but instead of resolving it, they dismissed my concerns, insisting it didn’t happen at their facility. I paid for a full week but withdrew him after just two days—a complete waste of time and money. I understand that accidents happen, but honesty and accountability are essential. Instead, I was repeatedly told, *“It didn’t happen here,”* and was denied access to the security cameras. When I expressed my discomfort, I was bluntly told to find another daycare. To make matters worse, while speaking Spanish with the lady speaking and my husband, a staff member interrupted, insisting we speak English. Already frustrated, I continued speaking Spanish, only for an elderly lady to say, *“ENGLISH please.”* This felt incredibly disrespectful, especially as my husband was nearby and listening. Beyond this, the facility had an unpleasant odor when I first arrived. I even asked another parent if that was normal, and they confirmed it wasn’t. Cleanliness and organization were clear issues—when I received my child’s “daily sheet,” I saw the lady just casually picking it up off the floor, with no folder or binder in sight. When I picked up my son for the first time, I was excited to see him but disappointed to find him covered in food, with a dirty face and a full diaper. While that particular staff member seemed kind, this level of neglect was unacceptable. What alarmed me most was how they handled my crying child in the morning. Rather than offering comfort or engagement—basic expectations in a daycare—they simply told him “No no no no”. This was a major red flag that I wish I had noticed sooner. To top it off, when I returned to retrieve my diaper bag, I expected everything to be inside. Instead, I had to ask separately for the diapers, which felt like unnecessary disorganization and frustration on top of an already disappointing experience. Now, I’m left frustrated and unsure if I should take further action. As a mother, I cannot overlook the lack of care, poor communication, and absence of empathy. I strongly advise other parents to look elsewhere for childcare.

My niece attended this daycare for a couple years, and I appreciate the level of care and attention she received. The staff is warm, welcoming, and truly invested in the well-being of every child. They create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where she feels comfortable. She’s even returned a couple of times to help with the classes.

I love it here my grand daughter was super happy. The staff are amazing,they treat them as they are them kids. The facility is very clean and perfect, amount of children I would strongly recommend there to any one seeking quality child care for their children.

As a first time mom, A to Z has been good to my son and I. They are very understanding and caring. To have a place and people that actually care for your child is amazing and a blessing at the same time. It makes me feel relax that I can focus at work without having to worry about my son’s safety. They take care of him like their own. A to Z is more like family.

This daycare was a life saver for my son and my family, my son used to go there for 2 yers ,It’s so hard finding childcare that genuinely care about the children and I’m glad I found it . It’s been everything that my family wished for. My son used to go to speech therapy, struggling with speech delay, but the teacher and ms. Astar helped him alot , we saw the difference with in few months, he now first grade and doing very well, Staff are amazing and gives their best effort. the food is very good , the place is always clean and organized, I well diffnatly recommend this place.
