The direct staff is great, and my daughter absolutely adores them, but Melissa and Chris the directors are a complete different story. when parent have concerns about their child or ask questions each experience I have had they have been disrespectful on basic small things such as belongings. They are unwilling to hear my concerns. Gets very defensive, and when you ask a question they don’t agree with pertaining your child your advised that you can take your child else where. I was completely taken back because the point of daycare is the family and the daycare providers are suppose to work together. I’m a big believer in just talking things out. There is definitely a disconnect when talking with the people that are supposed to manage these places.
Let me start by saying that my son got kicked out without a reasonable explanation after 2 weeks, wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies!! This place is TERRIBLE and I hope they go out of business really fast.
A to Z is wonderful and I've loved coming here from the moment I signed my first child up. They are great to work with, super flexible and understanding, and my child adores coming to school day in and day out. Makes everything so easy!
Most of the staff are really young My son complained about his feet getting stepped on here would not recommend it!!! Also was complaining about teachers putting him in girl clothes
Horrible daycare! Not recommended!
