It was fine for what we needed at the time. I wish they were more transparent of what our kids did everyday which we never heard. My biggest issue was they did not cash our payment checks weekly, as someone who sticks to a strict budget...suddenly getting hit with 2 or 3 of my payment checks cashed at once is incredibly frustrating. Staff was nice, but I never even met one of my kids caretakers.
Im just a freaky fast delivery driver ensuring our customers get their grub on and was greeted with the hospitality of a porcupine. Don't you put your negative crap there, especially dealing with people's little kids.
Left a HUGE abrasion on my son’s face leaving a permanent scar in 2019. They claimed it was a toy that scratched his face but couldn’t be sure. Every time I picked him up he’d be extremely thirsty with cracked lips because they wouldn’t give them enough water. Maybe because they didn’t want to change diapers? The place was always so jam packed with kids you could barely move. I wish I would’ve had another place to take him to while I worked, it made me so sad 😭 I was relieved when I got laid off during covid so I didn’t have to worry about him there.
My kids like going here even though it can get a little chaotic..I am glad they open early enough for my workshift. My biggest concern is staff still not wearing facemasks during this pandemic. Please consider this guys!
More communication on events inside the daycare… other than that Ivory loves going there and has the best of times!
