My son has been attending for a year and a half now, and I remember how anxious I felt on his first day. It was his first experience away from home, and naturally, I worried about how he would adjust. However, when he came home that day, I saw a huge smile on his face, and my heart was filled with relief. He’s always excited to go to school, and I can honestly say he has never cried about it. The joy he expresses is a testament to the incredible environment they've created. It’s clear that his teachers absolutely love what they do, and their devotion shines through in the happiness of the children. I’ve seen my son grow and thrive in this nurturing space; he has blossomed into such an amazing little boy thanks to Tasha and her wonderful staff. My son has been attending A Step Ahead for almost 3 years now. I want to start off by acknowledging the staff and their professionalism and ability to care for my child's needs. I have never once felt he was unsafe, not cared for, or his needs were not met. Tasha runs a business in which she follows all the guidelines for running a happy and healthy environments for kids to thrive in. I'm forever grateful for this experience.
My first son attended when he was 3 years old and boy was the staff absolutely amazing, never had any issues and always communicated with me. Fast forward to 4 years later, our 7 month old started when he was only 3 months and I knew he would be in the best hands with them. They take the time to get to know each child and family personally, I can’t rave enough about A Step Ahead! You guys are all so amazing and we can’t thank you enough for all that you do! 💙
Would not recommend. Highly unprofessional and once they dislike you, they will put a target on your back to kick you out. They don’t follow their own policies, such as when it comes to food or being respectful towards the parents. They never update the app and I didn’t see any improvements in my child’s learning. They never helped her get ready for this upcoming year in kindergarten and just let her fail. Very disappointed with this place and it’s no wonder they are always posting about their daycare and needing new kids every week.
We love it here! After 12 years we can still count on the amazing care provided to each of our kids. The teachers have become family and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
