I made a $54,000 special order with this company (aside from the $100k spent in store). The chairs we ordered were delivered on casters that would not spin due to contact with the bottom of the chair. At the time of delivery we spoke to the then Manager who asked that we either pay to ship 152 chairs to and from the IMS Wearhouse for spacers to be installed or wait until we used the items and have them repaired on site (our location) as they were unboxed by IMS staff. Some time passed and I made the call volunteering to bring them to their wearhouse and pick them back up after the spacer installation due to the fact we were moving them back to NC. Apparently we should have never trusted this company to follow their word, which they admit was given at the time to make the adjustment before use. Looks like the $198 per chair was before hiring a reputable company to finish the job. You guys be careful out there, you never know who is going to answer the phone at this place the next time you call.

Walking into the IMS Showroom feels like stepping into a hidden gem of the furniture world. I’ve been to plenty of showrooms over the years, but nothing compares to what IMS offers. The moment you walk through the doors, you’re surrounded by pieces that look like they belong in high-end designer magazines—yet the prices are unbelievably low. It truly feels like discovering a best-kept secret. What sets IMS apart most is the quality. This isn’t cheap, mass-produced furniture. We’re talking solid wood, beautifully crafted, heirloom-level pieces that you simply don’t find in most stores anymore. Every table, bookcase, chair, sideboard—everything—has weight, character, and craftsmanship behind it. You can actually feel the quality the moment you touch it. And then there’s the uniqueness. IMS has pieces you won’t find anywhere else. From stunning dining tables and one-of-a-kind accent pieces to breathtaking accessories and artwork, the variety is unreal. It’s the kind of showroom where you go in looking for one thing and end up inspired to redesign your entire home. The team behind IMS clearly knows what they’re doing. They curate their inventory with incredible taste, and the way everything is displayed makes it easy to envision how it would look in your own space. Whether you’re furnishing a full home or just looking for that perfect show-stopping piece, this is absolutely the place to be. If you’re tired of overpriced, low-quality furniture and want extraordinary quality at prices that honestly don’t make sense, do yourself a favor and check out the IMS Showroom. It’s truly breathtaking from the moment you walk in, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Alright, let me just say this straight up: I’ve been hunting for furniture like this for years. As a touring musician and self-proclaimed design junkie, people have always told me, “Dude, you gotta go to High Point — it’s the furniture capital of the world.” Honestly? I thought that was just one of those things people say. But then I walked into IMS Showroom… and man, consider me a believer. This place is EXACTLY the kind of vibe I’ve been chasing. It’s like someone took a modern design magazine, mixed it with an art gallery, sprinkled in a little rock-and-roll chaos… and then said, “Yeah, you can buy all this.” They’ve got cutting-edge modern pieces that stopped me dead in my tracks. Clean lines, bold shapes, unique finishes — stuff you don’t see in typical stores. This is the kind of furniture that looks like it belongs in a penthouse loft where a band writes an album, not in your average suburban living room. But here’s the twist: they’ve also got some seriously gorgeous traditional pieces. Normally that’s not my lane — I’m all about futuristic, modern, minimalist aesthetics — but somehow, IMS pulls off this crazy blend where certain pieces feel both traditional and modern at the same time. I ended up mixing a few of them into my home, and dude… it works. It more than works. My house looks like it should have its own spread in a magazine now. Like I’m expecting a photographer to show up any second for a feature called “Rockstar Living Rooms You Have to See to Believe.” Can’t wait to have my friends over just so I can watch them freak out over how good everything looks. If you’re into unique, aesthetic, modern, statement-making furniture — or even if your taste leans more classic — IMS is the spot. Pure magic.

Avoid this place. My experience with IMS International Manufacturers Showroom was extremely disappointing. They do not keep their word when it comes to business agreements, and I was given promises that were not followed through on. Communication was poor, and when issues came up, nobody took responsibility or tried to make it right. This is absolutely not a family-friendly business. The way they spoke to me and handled the situation was unprofessional and disrespectful. I left feeling frustrated and misled. If you value honesty, clear communication, and basic professionalism, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the IMS Showroom absolutely deserves one. This place blew me away from the moment I walked in. The staff here is genuinely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They don’t just point you to furniture; they actually help you understand the craftsmanship, the materials, and how each piece can elevate your home. It feels like they care about what you’re choosing, and that alone sets IMS apart from everywhere else I’ve visited. And the showroom itself? Honestly, it’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Walking through IMS is almost like stepping into a selfie museum, except everything you’re looking at is real, solid, high-quality furniture that you can actually take home. Every corner is stunning. Every display feels like its own little story. I found myself taking photos just because the setups were that inspiring. But the real magic is the furniture. The quality is unreal—solid wood, beautifully crafted, and genuinely unique pieces you won’t find in big-box stores. Some of the designs were so breathtaking that I stopped in my tracks just to admire them. These aren’t just items to fill a room; they’re accent pieces that completely transform a space. And the prices? I still can’t believe how affordable everything is for the level of quality you get. It’s rare to find pieces that look this high-end without the high-end price tag attached. Whether you’re furnishing a whole home or just searching for that perfect “wow” piece, you owe it to yourself to check out IMS. It’s fun, inspiring, beautifully curated, and run by some of the kindest people you’ll meet. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
