We absolutely love this child care facility. All staff is amazing. Our son is 2.5 yrs old and had never been in childcare… he has done absolutely amazing. Ms. Jackie, Ms Gayle and especially Ms. Casey and now Mrs. Sonny and Ms Jada …have been phenomenal with our son. He loves going to school. Every day . Highly recommend this child care facility. .

I’m incredibly thankful for this school! My daughter absolutely loves it, and the staff are truly wonderful with the kids. The classrooms are always clean, and there are always at least two teachers per room, which gives me peace of mind. I also had an issue with my VPK certificate, and Ms. Gail went out of her way to assist me. This school is everything I hoped for and more!

If you want a daycare with a staff that genuinely cares for your child, this is it! We are beyond blessed to have our son going here. Everyday, he is super excited to go to “school”. The facility is always clean and the staff is patient and kind. We love A Readiness Learning Academy!

Lets start off with a little back story. My son since birth has been cared for in our home. He's never been in daycare due to my husband and I not feeling comfortable placing him in that type of setting. However now that he is three and more independent we decided it was time to enroll him in a preschool setting where he would have the opportunity to socialize with other children his own age. Being that I'm a first time mom and having my son very close to me over the last 3 years, making the decision to place him in preschool was extremely difficult. Trusting someone else to take care of your child is no easy task. After months of research, reading online reviews, interviewing and visiting numerous child care providers we decided to take the leap and enrolled him in Readiness Learning Academy. We loved the atmosphere right off the bat and the director was so warm and caring. The teachers were friendly and overall we just had a great feeling about this school. We knew our son would be a handful since he is deathly afraid of adults that he is unfamiliar with and I knew he would struggle tremendously with separation anxiety. This would overall be a difficult transition for him. I was a nervous wreck. On his first day he cried and screamed and it was very emotional not only for him but also for me. However what I noticed right off the bat was that several teachers came out to try to console my son and the director was right there making sure he was OK. On the second day my son was once again was very upset, but again I witnessed other teachers coming forth to provide support and reassurance.You could see they genuinely cared and were very attentive to him. After dropping him off the second day my anxiety had decreased significantly. Just being able to observe how loving the teachers and director was with my son left me feeling at ease. I think we found the perfect place for our son.

We have been with ARLA for a little over a year now and its honestly one of the best daycares we have found in Tampa Bay. My child has been to 2 others before this one and by far this is the best one. The staff is amazing ! Each teacher I have had the pleasure of speaking to is amazing and truly care about each child. My child has learned so much here and is always happy to go to school. The facility is clean and well kept, they truly work with your child and I always feel at ease leaving my child in their care. The people who work here truly will care for your children. I highly recommend this daycare and the price is also fair.
