I feel as if this daycare could give you more information over the phone would be more helpful. Instead of sounding very rude with baby's crying in background you say very rudely you don't discuss anything over the phone I would have to come up there. That's not business like at all. That showed me not to use this daycare. So to improve I would definitely get someone to answer the phone in a nice manner and answer all questions that pertain to keeping a child. I feel if you don't wanna answer questions and show uninterested for the well being and safety or how much it cost for a child You are showing unprofessional work ethics.
