We were out of town and visited this church recently. The preacher prefaced that the sermon would be a bit more topical than usual but that they were finishing up a series about their new church mission statement. The Gospel was clearly communicated and the preaching was very scripture centered. The leadership here was very friendly and the congregation was very welcoming. It was cool seeing the different parts of the church and get a glimpse of the history here. Parts of the church were obviously older and parts were very new. I think there are probably many stories that could be told of the lives changed in this church over the decades. The things that I noticed in my short visit were God glorifying and showed evidence of love for the local community. Im hopeful that this small community will look more like Jesus over time and will at least be a light on the hill for the foreseeable future. 10/10 would visit again.
I am a member of another Baptist Church in the area. We were visiting Pine Level for the Annual RA Derby Car Races. The church was beautiful and inviting. The event was well-organized and presented well. They provided us with a small meal of hamburgers and condiments, packaged cookies, and single serve bags of chips. The food was good, but some of the chips our church's children (and other children and parents, I'm sure) received were well out of shelf life (expired Aug 2018). As long as they were not stale or made anyone sick, it's no big deal, but the reason I gave four stars.
If you are looking for a church please try them out!! It is really like a large family gathering together rather than just individuals going. There is so much love there and the presence of God is truly felt. Their pastor is one of the best I have ever met!! I love it so much that even when I moved away I kept it as my home church!

This is my church I go to it has good service on Sunday and Wednesdays!!!!!!
