A New Adventure

I've found the owner of A New Adventure to be extremely caring and knowledgeable about early childhood education. She seems to be in the industry for the right reasons... the children and making the community a better place. I'm so happy parents have options like this!

Love how all the employees greet my kids and give them hugs and fist bumps. My youngest runs up to everyone to give them a hug and they smile and hug her back, I've even had teachers ask her where their hug was if she ran past their room. I also love how they try to teach the kids. My girl came home one day and was spelling all her colors, spelling her name and doing other stuff she learned at daycare. They also pick my oldest 2 up from school which is a big help for me.

One of the higher priced daycare facilities in the area. Price does not reflect services. Gave a child with dairy allergies dairy, even with the medical form filled out before child started in their records. Was told we had to get ANOTHER doctors note stating child couldn't have it. Then was told they weren't going to give child Almond Milk parents provided, because it's still a type of milk. Incident reports not giving to parents until many days later. Communication a big issue here, and overall was not a good daycare experience in my opinion.

I love the staff very friendly, and the activities they do with the kids and how they involve the parents. My son has been attending since 7 months and he’s three now. In addition he’s able to receive speech therapy which has tremendously helped further his development.

I have called this center on several occasions for practicum hours and as well as internship completion and no one has yet to call me back. I've left numerous of messages with staff and they all say that a person name Lateisha will contact me back. However, I never received a response from her or anyone else. I thought that this center being rated 5 stars would be an awesome place to learn and observe from but I guess not.
