Beware! Two of the 5 star reviews left by Grace are fraudulent. She is the daughter of the owner and works there. My daughter attended this facility for awhile and I immediately pulled her when Grace took over. The owner is really nice, and she was helpful in providing resolutions to concerns I had, but her daughter.. she’s horrible. There were claims made against me for non-payment, which were inaccurate, and Grace was unbelievably rude when I attempted to discuss them with her. She then told me they didn’t need my daughter at their center, they had plenty more to fill her spot. I pulled her immediately. They have a select few teachers that are sweet, but please look around. There are better centers.

I would not recommend this daycare. My kids went to walker location and since day 1 they have messed my bill up . I’ve had to just about beg to have it corrected. Very Messy, unprofessional, etc. They like to get in your personal business and ask questions that does not pertain to daycare. The couple times I’ve reached out to the owner she never contacted me back. Did I mention this place stinks and need to be remodeled. Finally had enough 2 months ago and pulled my kid out, the new daycare has truly been a blessing , nothing like this one!!!!

As a first time mom and a single parent this place helped me feel comfortable about leaving my son with them! My son loves Ms. Stephanie. He is always smiling when he see’s her! She cares a lot about the kids and that’s all any parent could dream and ask for. My child is loved and cared for everyday. i miss him when i’m gone but never worried.

My little brother attends this daycare and my parents are currently looking for a new facility. When my mom, dad or I pick him up his nose is usually dirty with snot stuck to it including his face. When you walk in the building there’s a poor smell like poop diapers all the time. My parents feel the price is good but the quality is poor. The feeling among the parents is that the place is worried more about quantity over quality. There are too many kids in one class with only one teacher. I would not recommend this daycare to anymore.

My son started at this daycare as a 6 month old and it seemed pretty safe and quiet. Every few months he would move up to an older classroom and every time he moved, I would get a little more concerned about this place. I finally removed him from the school and switched to a better school. He would run out and greet us when we walked through the door, followed by no one, and we are able to leave without anyone checking to see where he went. He rarely came home in the diapers that I sent with him. He rarely even had his face wiped since he moved up from Ms. Dottie's room. Ms. Debra, Ms. Stephanie, and Ms. Dottie would make sure he was changed and clean before we left the building. After he moved out of Ms. Dottie's class, this no longer seemed important. One of the teachers, Ms. Daphne told me my son looks like Freddy Krueger. No discipline was taken. I asked she not be around my son and she was in his classroom the next week. My son has sensitive skin and had his face broken out several times from them using baby wipes on his face to wipe instead of water and a paper towel. They kept using it after the doctor contacted them personally to quit using those. I had to leave work to bring him to the doctor several times because they were afraid he had hand-foot-and mouth when they just were blatantly ignoring the directions given by my pediatrician. I have gotten several statements saying that we owed an ungodly amount, just to go through my invoices and find that the director, Kathy, is unable to remember to post the payments on his account. I had to tell her to post a $310 payment 3 times and it only got posted the last time because I requested to stay on the phone until she officially posted it. I put in his two week notice and gave them his end date. I came in the last Monday ready to get the last week over with and was greeted with "I thought your last week was last week... there are no more diapers or wipes for your son" ... Either they failed to tell me he ran out or they gave his diapers away when I gave the two week notice. When I said this they proceeded to accuse me of lying about it so I took my son and walked out. My biggest regret so far in my son's life was not getting him out of there quicker.
