I was so happy to have found this center. Since the moment I called for information, I can hear all the kindness from Ms Sarah on the other end. She would cheer me up on my way to work from her morning greetings! Ms Jessica, Dezzi, Gina, Lourie and Stella were always so pleasant also. They would address any of my concerns and effectively resolve. We built a small family there with them. My son enjoyed his time there. He learned so much from numbers, letters, colors, shapes to kind manners. I couldn’t be happier with such a wonderful influence these ladies have had on my son. They helped me with his potty training also. I am a single mother and these ladies were part of my village. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you ladies for making Zachary such a happy little guy and in helping build his little personality. You will not be disappointed, if you want caring and kind teachers, this is definitely the place to bring your little ones. Oan Ms Patty cooks pretty good! Zachary always enjoyed seconds! And Ms Terri always welcomed Zachary visit the littles in her class. Great team! Thank you for everything!

One of the best daycares I’ve ever had my girls at!! It took me 4 years to find this daycare, they work so well with the kids and so so friendly! We finally found an amazing daycare that my girls love going and let me tell you that the manners since starting have gotten even more better thanks to Ms. Sarah. Strongly recommend them, such lovely staff.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of care and attention provided to my child at A-Karrasel Child Care. Despite raising concerns about the well-being and treatment of my son, the daycare staff failed to address the issues effectively and instead turned the situation around, labeling me as a 'not satisfied parent.' My son experienced repeated incidents of coming home with soiled underwear, indicating a neglectful approach to his personal hygiene. Additionally, I was shocked to discover that the daycare staff limited my son's access to essential hygiene products, such as tissue and wipes, forcing him to manage with inadequate resources. Moreover, my attempts to communicate with the daycare staff and check on my son's well-being were met with resistance and an unwelcoming attitude. It is concerning that certain staff members, including Jessica and Desiree, who are family members, appeared to prioritize their interests over the well-being of the children. This lack of accountability and professionalism in addressing parental concerns is unacceptable. Parents should feel confident that their children are receiving the care and attention they deserve while in the care of a daycare facility. I urge the daycare management to take immediate action to address these issues and prioritize the well-being and safety of all children in their care. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and lack of transparency exhibited by the staff at A-Karrasel Child Care. My concerns about the care and treatment of my son were consistently dismissed, and I observed a clear lack of empathy and patience towards him, especially when his regular teacher was unavailable due to an emergency. In particular, Jessica's behavior was concerning, as she seemed to deliberately provoke situations in order to shift blame and cover up her own mistakes and unprofessional conduct. It was evident that certain staff members, including Jessica, displayed a lack of interest and care towards my child, making me question their commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children. What was most shocking was the revelation that a decision had been made in February to discontinue services for my son, yet I only received official notification in April, just a week before the redetermination deadline. This deliberate delay in communication indicates a clear intent to prioritize financial gain over the well-being and best interests of the children in their care. I urge potential parents to exercise caution when considering A-Karrasel Child Care as a childcare option, as the lack of professionalism and transparency in their operations is deeply concerning. BY ALL MEANS LOOK AT ANOTHER PARENTS REVIEW ON GOGGLE HOW THEY DISMISSED A NEW COMING CHILD DUE TO THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND SHOWING THAT THEY ARE "BOTHERED" BY CERTAIN TASK OR REQUEST OR EVEN CONCERNS!

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Great management and great teachers. Everyone welcomes you when you drop off your kid(s) and say goodbye when you pick them up. Everyone is very friendly and nothing but polite. My son was very shy when he first started and now he doesn't want to leave when it's time to go home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for child care.

I decided to give this day care center a try since it was a convinient location, close to home. I called a day ahead of time and the person I spoke to gave me information on rates($200) for part-time a week. The price was ok and she also informed me of day care assistance programs as well. We agreed I would stop by the next day at the time specified, so I set a reminder on my phone. I already knew because of Covid I would have to wear a mask. On my way there the next day I have the place a call since I noticed the doors locked. The same lady answered the phone, I told her I was here for my appointment and she replied that I was 30 minutes late. I let her know that we agreed to meet at such time, but she insisted I was wrong. Then proceeded to tell me the day care was full and did not have room for more children. Which she could have told me that over the phone a day before when we spoke. Then she told me she didn’t know when I wanted to enroll my child and that if I wanted I could apply for aid first and then come back to complete the process. To me it seemed like everything I heard were just excuses to not enroll my child. I don’t know if it has to do with my race, that I was denied. I am a busy struggling mom and they just made it too complicated. I will just look for a child care center with better communication and service.
