This place was wonderful growing up. The summer especially was wonderful. I remember the summer camp as a blast. Now that I'm older, I recommend this place to my friends with children. They have yet to have a negative experience, so it's nice to see they're still as committed to good service as they used to be when I was a child.
I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was 3 months old at first it was great when she was full time but I guess there’s an issue when your child becomes part time. I would use this day care for late night college classes, date night, or appointments I couldn’t make during the week due to work. I was told that if she wasn’t full time I couldn’t drop her off anymore on Saturdays or one day at a time and that I couldn’t use the Saturday night anymore because that was only for full time children. Mind you their times state 5am to 12pm from Mon - Sat. This is the first time I ever was told about this rule after 4 years of taking my daughter here. I feel like it was so shady and done so I wouldn’t take her anymore and that’s exactly what’s going to happen. Be careful with this daycare all they do anyways is sit your children in front of the TV all day.
The staff here is very rude. I called at 8am to call about availability and the lady said espanol? I told her no so she hung up on my. I also called on Friday and claudia told me she would return my call that day about weekend availability and never did. So I called them back on Monday and spoke with claudia again. She said she would check. She literally put the phone down for 30 seconds picked it up and told me no. I would have still take my children there Monday-Friday if they weren't so rude on the phone.
This is a great place to go to. I went here as a little kid and they would be so nice andy friend Xavier used to be there for a long and now he's in 7th grade it's crazy to think that it's been almost 5 years since he's been there and it was cool when they took us to field trips and to the pool
Horrible experience. Baby fell terribly ill twice in less than 2 weeks. Had to withdraw for a better school. They never even bother to ask why we're leaving. Terrible management.
