A Brighter Future Child Care

I cannot say enough great things about Brighter Future Childcare! My daughter has gone there since she was 4 months old until kindergarten and still goes there for before/after school & breaks! My daughter was born prematurely and had an acid reflux issue Carmen took care of my baby like she was her granddaughter and always accommodated her needs at feeding times. She never once came home with a dirty diaper or hungry. As she got older and transitioned to toddler care Carmen would still watch on and make sure she was eating enough and having a good day...she didn't want to let her go, she was truly one of her own as is all the baby's that go through Carmen's care. As she grew Nancy, Lucy & Roberta also treated her like their own family. Keeping her safe, happy & well fed my daughter likes to eat...often times getting a second helping of their homecooked meals for lunch. They do so many activities with the kids, making some of the most beautiful crafts that I will keep and treasure for my entire life. I accredit the care, compassion and love my daughter received at Brighter Future Childcare as part of the reason she is such well rounded healthy child now. A simple THANK YOU could never express the gratitude I have for this daycare and the people who have been there for my child. If you are looking for a qualified, reasonably priced, nurturing daycare I highly recommend sending your child here.

A brighter future child care, is very very caring daycare. The owner goes beyond for the children and families and parents, I for one love the infant teacher she is so caring and loves the babies like her own. I had my granddaughter there and Miss Carmen took care of her like she was hers I never once questioned her care..my granddaughter smiled at her when she seen her.. my granddaughter is now 18 years old and when you say Miss Carmen she will say she is her mother hen!!! What a wonderful teacher she is… and I love all the teachers there!!! And the owner Michele Pepe is the kindest person she cares about all the children there.,as for all the teachers.

A Brighter Future Child care was the second home to all three of my children. Each of them have been there since 2 months until kindergarten. They showed nothing but love and care in that facility. I was able to leave my infants there with a sense of peace knowing that they would be taken cared of while I was at work. What is even more comforting is that after my 8 year age gap between my first child and other two, I was met with some of the original staff to care for my next two kids. My kids were always safe, fed, and most importantly loved!!!

Amazing care, great communication, and wonderful staff! Brighter Future provides a safe, loving environment that helps kids learn and grow. My child looks forward to going every day. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to any parent looking for exceptional childcare.

The fact that the owner is having her staff and family members write good reviews about her daycare is just sad. A good daycare should have good reviews from parents and clearly this place doesn’t have any. The owner shows how unprofessional she is by bashing a parent for a negative review. People are allowed and have every right to write a bad review on a business especially when no staff members were named. It shows how nervous the owner got about 1 recent negative review and how it was going to affect her business. Cause the fact that all recent good reviews were posted out of nowhere when all previous reviews were overall negative shows how the owner has no faith in her business and staff. A professional business owner especially of a childcare facility, would have apologized to the parent and tried to find a resolution. As well as hold her staff accountable and give consequences. Instead this unprofessional owner made excuses and bashed a parent for no reason. All because she felt threatened which is sad and pathetic.
