A Bright Beginning Childcare INC

My experience at A Bright Beginning was rough. The teachers showed a serious lack of supervision and care for the children in their care, leading to situations where kids would come home with unexplained marks. Even when there was an explanation, it often wasn’t communicated to the parents. There was a lack of changing diapers and often parents complained of their kids coming home with diaper rashes. The facility itself was disgusting and rarely cleaned, except for a few dedicated staff members who tried to keep their rooms tidy. There was a noticeable lack of support for the staff, which contributed to a money-hungry environment where the kids clearly weren’t the top priority. In the mornings, they often left teachers short-staffed, disregarding proper ratios, which only added to the chaos. The high turnover rate among staff created a drama-filled atmosphere, and it was evident that many employees had a general lack of care for their jobs and the well-being of the children. A bright beginning childcare, is currently my home away from home! My two kids attend there currently. The staff has been wonderful with communication and keeping myself updated on my kiddos. The daycare is always super clean looking and well organized! I very much enjoy the Procare app, as it keeps me at ease knowing my little girl is in the baby room! Mrs Katie and Mrs Megan truly get their hardest to keep the school running nicely!

I have nothing but good things to say about A Bright Beginning! Enrollment was easy and the staff is wonderful. My son’s time here has been a great experience for us both. I would 100% recommend this childcare center! Megan, Katie, Jasmine, Kyon, and Katelyn are the best!

My three kids have been here for a year now. Ages 11, 4 and 2. The staff worked hard to bond with them and learn their individualized needs. The center is extremely large but still well maintained despite the size. My kids are excited to come to school each day.

I started my daughter here a little after she turned 6 months and she’s going on 2 now! We love it there , Katie and Meghan ,Mrs. Rachel & Mrs. chakevia haveeee my heart they’re amazing at making sure the little ones are properly cared for . I have such a crazy schedule and I know when my kid is there I have nothing to worry about , they feed them , they don’t send them home in full diapers & they’re good with letting you know when your child needs more of something , ofc we have our occasional accident slips but I don’t blame them knowing that I have a toddler … in class full of toddles crap happens that’s out of our control sometimes . Long review short … if you send your kid here they’re in good hands 🙏🏽💕🥰
