This is a wonderful child care center! My cubs have been going here for literally years! Each & every one of them has been beyond ready for kindergarten. We love how it turns into a summer camp during summer break & they take the lil ones on all kinds of adventurous field trips! They also have water day/splash day. They have nutritional meals! Not to mention the transportation to and from school is a bonus & helpful in every way! I highly recommend this child child center! It's A1!!! ✨ thank you!!!

My daughter has attended this preschool since the age of 3. My daughter is now 5 1/2 and is going to kindergarten this year. All of the teachers my daughter had since 3 were great with her. Mr. D, Mrs. Danielle, Ms Sarah, Ms DeeDee, Ms Cheyenne, Ms Michelle and Ms Nicole were very impactful in her pre K journey. There has been small incidents here and there with kids as normal but things are reported and handled appropriately. I have seen many things develop and being improved overtime since the day my daughter started and that’s what’s important. I know childcare is expensive but this daycare/ preschool was the most affordable in my area. I appreciate the impact that you all had on my daughter time there. We look forward to allowing to attend as a school ager.

I wish I could give zero stars. I had to remove my child from this facility due to ongoing neglect. The only person who made me feel secure was Mr. D, but after he left, we did too. One of the most concerning incidents was when a teacher held a young boy down on the ground. We didn't immediately withdraw our daughter because we lacked transportation options for APS and were reassured by the staff that they were undergoing training to ensure student safety. However, things only got worse. The facility later hired a woman named Sarah, who immediately gave me an uneasy feeling. Despite her constant reassurances that "everyone had a great day," it was clear that this was far from the truth. Children are unique and have off days, and the need to present a false narrative was unsettling. My daughter would often come home recounting the chaos that had occurred, contradicting Sarah's overly positive reports. Sarah also double-charged me for tuition, a "mistake" that had to be corrected by Lauren. Additionally, Sarah was overly forceful in demanding responses, something Lauren never did. Ultimately, Sarah's behavior was the main reason we decided to leave the center after initially giving it another chance. I've seen children leave with bruises and bite marks on their faces. When parents asked about these injuries, they received no answers and weren't even given the courtesy of a call when the incidents occurred. I’ve also overheard staff yelling at the children out of frustration. When I addressed this, another staff member tried to gaslight me, claiming it didn't happen, even though the children were visibly scared. This facility is one of the only options for many families due to transportation issues, but it’s an unsafe environment. The children fight daily and show little respect for the staff, creating a toxic atmosphere. The staff’s unreliability has even led to the center reducing its operating hours. I truly wish families had more options, and I believe the state should shut this facility down. They should have closed it after that young boy was mistreated. Stay away from this place.

I honestly am giving one star because I can’t give any less. I started my son here, and then eventually my two daughters, because I had a friend who had children attend. My son (who was between 3-4 at the time) would tell me kids would be mean to him, hit him, etc. Nothing was ever done about it. He also had items stolen by other kids and when I asked about it, I was ignored and basically told ‘oh well’, even though we knew which children took the items. There was also an instance where I was called to pick him up because he wasn’t feeling well/had a fever over 100*. When I arrived, they had him outside on the blacktop playground standing, with the temperature over 90*! My daughters also had issues with other kids cussing at them and hitting them. My AUTISTIC daughter had her stims mocked and bullied by some other kids, which was told to me by my other daughter. I brought it up and they basically just shrugged it off and told all of the kids to be nice to each other. I was also told almost daily that she was doing something ‘wrong’, when in reality it was just kid stuff (picking her nose, making noises, etc.) In general, if you have a child with a disability, avoid this place. They aren’t trained enough to handle a child with autism. They didn’t understand her need for her headphones or her avoidance of certain situations. They once forced her to go on a field trip or told me I had to come and pick her up if she wouldn’t go (I was at work!) But they previously allowed my other daughter to stay back from a field trip when she simply didn’t want to go. They told me my daughter was a disruption to the toddler class, and she wouldn’t be allowed to stay behind, so if she wouldn’t go, I’d have to leave work to pick her up. I understand that the actions of other kids is not their fault, but something needs to be done when this is a regular occurrence. They need better training on dealing with children with disabilities, or they need to be more upfront about the lack of it so parents know they cannot handle their children. Thankfully, my son is now in a new place where he is thriving and has not once stated anyone is mean to him. My daughters are back in school, and will definitely not be returning. I hope for the sake of the kids and parents who have no choice but to attend here (I know a lot of people don’t because only certain places bus to school), that they work out their issues and start making sure things run a little better. In the meantime, I wouldn’t recommend anyone new to them!

My child has been under the care of A Beautiful Child for almost a year and we love it! The staff treats my child like family and they allow her to be her creative, unique, authentic self. I believe all the teachers and administrators are amazing but Mr. D has made a major impact on our overall experience. They encourage children to play outside and the staff plays with them! They throw parties and the staff donates as much as the parents(if not more). They disciple children by addressing the root cause which stops issues from resurfacing among the children. They continue to inform us about my child’s well being at all times. ABC preschool honestly has informed me of situations the school has even failed to inform me of! Security is great at the center. They have cameras everywhere and they watch them! I am so happy we found this center!!
