A+ Academics Preschool

My son had the MOST Amazing education here. He started at the age of 2 on his 2nd Birthday. He learned so much, he ate healthy meals prepared at the school. He made life long friends and the teachers gave my son not only an education worthy of millions, but they gave him love. Teachers helped him grow into an amazing young man. It takes a village to raise children, and A+ Academics is the Village you want in your child’s life and yours as well. They worked with our speech therapist when my son didn’t speak much at 2. Everything was so easy. We had professional pictures every year, class photos, activities, holidays and so so much more. Shannon Basford has something absolutely amazing here and my son is who he is today because this was the start of his education. Enroll your child/children and become family because they truly are THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!

A+ Academics has been a great experience for my daughter. The staff is knowledgeable and supportive, and we’ve seen steady improvement in her skills and confidence. They provide a focused and positive learning environment. Highly recommend.

We have had 2 kids at this school for the last 5 years. All we have ever had are positive and caring experiences with the current staff. My oldest son (6) still asks to visit the school to see the teachers/owner. My oldest started kindergarten in the city school system this year ( during COVID) and is far ahead of others in his current class. Although I would like to take credit for this, most of the credit goes to A+ Academics. There is a great balance of education, art, free play and outdoor activities. We have always been kept in the loop with anything going on at the school or any personal issues with either of our kids. The facility is always safe, extra clean and decorated with seasonal decorations as well as educational decor. My kids have always been happy with meals and snacks provided. Anytime we bring any food or treats in for celebrations the staff has been extra cautious if there are any food allergies. I have been beyond happy with our experience at A+ academics over the last 5 years. I refer many of my friends and family to send their children to this facility. I was referred here by a friend that I highly trust so there is a great trend here. I feel that the current staff truly cares about my children’s well being and growth and I have personally experienced this over the past 5 years.

My oldest daughter attended this school for a little over 2 years and loved it. When it comes to my kids I make sure to do research before putting them into something. This school was like one big family with the kids. They were always playing and making new friendships. My daughter was always coming home with new art and new work sheets that they worked on that week. Never once did my daughter have one bad thing to say about her day at school it was always something good. They always made sure to let you know if something was happening through ClassDOJO. The only issue I had was with a former teacher named Jazz. She would make you feel very uncomfortable and with the former review she left I can tell you that was a lie. Thankfully that teacher is now gone. The only time I ever saw the boyfriend there was if he had to repair something or set something up for the kids! Every Friday I picked up my daughter the teachers had the blankets ready to take home so they could wash them. Staff is very friendly and always there for the children and parents with any questions or concerns you may have :)

You can expect a high quality educational preschool experience here. The focused learning activities for the kids a fun and engaging, there is plenty of unstructured but guided and positively supervised play time, and the outcomes of past participating students speak for themselves. My family is so pleased to have had our youngest one’s cherished preschool years fulfilled at A+ Academics.
