I've been to a lot of 24 Hour Fitness locations across the states, and this is far and away the cleanest, and most well managed location I've seen. Even the locker rooms don't have the signature 24 Hour Fitness stench. Very impressed.
I appreciated the open TRX and row of squat racks by the main staircase. The weight room and setup of machines was nicely laid out. Staff members were nice and the gym crowd were fine. My biggest issue with this gym and most 24 Hour Fitness gyms in the Vegas area is the cleanliness. I found the locker room to be run down and dirty enough where I wouldn't want to take a shower when visiting this location. I sure hope they start some renovations in the near future.
Great gym I am a member in Orlando and it is grwat i can workout at all 24 hour fitnesses and this one is very clean and nice
A very average gym. I only go to this particular one due to convenience. On the bright side it doesn't ever get excessively crowded. However equipment is older and the locker room cleanliness could be improved. There are paper towel machines spread across the gym to wipe down equipment, but there are no paper towel machines in the locker rooms..drives me crazy!!
The new club manager Matt Sonne and the sales manager Diana, have no idea about how to talk to people. They are simply rude, robotic, not professional nor friendly whatsoever. They need to go back to all of the HR training sessions as the opportunity to grow is limitless. I canceled my membership because of their stinky personalities. They should not be in fitness industry at all. This was my review for club manager Jennifer Most of the gyms around us lately need an upgrade and the reason for that is most of the corporations are trying everything with in their power to cut the cost. My review is about the club manager in this location; Jennifer. I went there today with couple of issues which were ignored by the member services, and ready to cancel my membership. Jennifer is extremely friendly yet professional multitasking individual. Her work etiquette and problem solving skills are on next level. 24 hour fitness should be really proud to have her there, I don't know if its a big deal or not but if it wasn't Jennifer; I wouldn't be a member anymore. My 5 star is only for her service and professionalism.
