Our daughter attended this center for about 5 months (11-16 months old) and we were always happy with the care and attention that was given to her. The teachers are caring and my daughter learned some sign language along with other words. My daughter loved her teachers and was never upset to part with us when we dropped her off. I appreciate the outside time that she got every day (as long as it didn't rain). They also gave us plenty of notice when we were running low on diaper supply and such.
Under staffed, lack of communication with parents, non-responsive, promises of curriculum not met, poor records and recording keeping. When I signed my child up I was told the playground would be upgraded within a couple months, it was never upgraded. The playground is more then just outdated, looks unsafe and portions rusting. No tolerance and no understanding for children who have special needs. My 4 year old was refused the bathroom and forced to poop in his pants in front of all his classmates. When I reported the issue I was told it was handled and would get an apology, this particular employee never apologized but rather avoided me upon pick up and drop off from then on out. They lock you into a contract, therefore you are stuck unless you can "work" the "owner" (I use this term loosely) into somehow getting out of the contract. I switched my child here because the cost is $100.00 cheaper a week. You get what you pay for.
We could not be happier with this center! The new owner is kind and responsive to concerns and my kids love her. All of the teachers and assistants that I have met are nurturing and great with the kids.
My child has attended 123 ABC for the past year and I could not be happier. The owner and staff are attentive, the hours are great, and the location is ultra-convenient if you take the VRE.
My daughter loves this place . she loves the food, the teachers and all tge activities they do. I highly recommend this place .
